What you agree to

• You are at least 16 years old in the EU/UK, or 13 elsewhere.
• You will not abuse the service: no scraping past reasonable rate limits, no automated mass-posting, no using the catalog data to seed a competing site without attribution.
• Content you submit (reviews, comments, prints, palettes, profile photos) must be yours to submit and must not infringe third-party rights.
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or harassing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do so.

What we promise

• Best-effort uptime. We don't have an SLA on the free tier.
• We will not lock your data in. Export and delete are always available.
• We will give 30 days' notice before any breaking change to the public catalog data export format.

Catalog accuracy

The catalog mixes data we synced from SpoolmanDB, OpenFilamentDatabase, manufacturer pages, and community contributions. We do our best to verify entries (look for the green "Verified" badge), but specs change with firmware and production batches. Trust manufacturer pages for safety-critical settings (max nozzle temp, max bed temp). We are not liable for prints ruined by mistuned settings.

Affiliate disclosure

Many "Buy" buttons on this site are affiliate links. We earn a small commission when you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. We do not let affiliate revenue influence which products we list or how they are ranked. Verified entries are verified by us based on manufacturer-published data, not by who pays us.

Account suspension and deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. You can delete your own account at any time from settings; deletion is final after a 30-day grace period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for hardware damage, failed prints, missed alerts, lost data from third-party integrations (e.g., Bambu cloud outages), or commercial losses arising from use of the catalog or inventory tracker. We back up user data nightly to off-site storage but cannot guarantee zero loss.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
